My name is Kyar Cordina. I am 19 years old. I spend most days working here at Bodyflex and it has become like a second home to me. Outside of the gym I am currently doing a bachelor of psychology.

How Kyar achieved his own goals:

I reach my goals by having patience and persevering in whatever I find myself wanting to do. All good things come in time.

What made me interested in the Fitness Industry:

My family have always promoted a healthy lifestyle, so I grew up in that atmosphere. Outside of that I enjoy helping people and seeing improvement in others, so working at a gym is a great compromise of those two things.
